Costs of Delivery & Taxes
VAT Notice: A VAT of 20% is calculated for each order to the UK and any country outside the UK.
Customs & Duties: Please be mindful of any customs charges that may apply in your destination country. We do not control customs policies and cannot predict these extra charges. It is the customer's responsibility to cover these fees.
Europe - Post: Delivery takes 2-6 business days*. Price is dependent on parcel weight.
*Holidays and sales events may extend delivery times.
Means of Delivery
All parcels are delivered via Royal Mail and Lithuanian Post to your indicated address. Couriers generally deliver between 9 am and 5 pm on workdays.
Tracking: Use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email on the official Royal Mail or Lithuanian Post websites to monitor your shipment status.
Returning Goods
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To process a return, please ensure:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- You have all purchase documents (receipts, etc.).
- You contact us at [email protected] for a refund template.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your bank account within 14 days. Our sales are carried out in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
